In his years providing coverage counsel for major insurance companies, Marnin Weinreb has acted as a mediator between his insurance clients, their insureds, and third-party claimants to resolve difficult cases involving insurance coverage disputes and complex issues. Marnin now uses those skills and experience to mediate cases for parties in cases involving personal injury claims, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims, legal malpractice claims, insurance agent and broker claims, and business disputes.

However, mediation can be expensive. Marnin has experienced this himself in his law practice and decided to do something about it by offering his experience and negotiating skills at a reasonable price. He uses his 28-plus years as an experienced litigator to help parties successfully resolve their disputes. His flat half-day and full-day mediation fees include time preparing for the mediation (reviewing the briefs), travel time (if necessary, within a 25-mile radius) and reasonable follow up following the mediation, if necessary, to finalize a settlement.

HALF DAY MEDIATION (4 hours of mediation): $1,950

FULL DAY MEDIATION (8 hours of mediation): $4,000
